TP is where it’s at, as per the eToro help page it says it’s a Limit Take Profit. Meaning your price or above is what will execute.

Stop Loss (even trailing) is bad because it can execute below (significantly) your target.

We may not have always had the data to prove it, but we knew what the system was doing and we knew it was by design. The whole idea of “Modern Society” is bull shit. Most of the things that people depend on everyday in the modern world aren’t necessary at all to live. It was just created to drive you further away from the natural world and into a system where a select few benefit off of your ignorance, dependency, and suffering. It’s never going to truly change before the whole thing collapses though because this system is all people know, so they believe it can be changed from the inside out, which is just simply not true. You can’t tweak a predatory and exploitative (by design) system to not be predatory or exploitative. You have to get uncomfortable and tear the whole mother fucker down. I’ve tried to study many systems and the only thing that truly makes sense to me at this point is anarchism (and no, not the capitalist propaganda version that we’re accustomed to). Michael Malice is great at articulating the ideas of a true anarchist society. He has a book he just released called The Anarchist Handbook along with countless YouTube videos and interviews explaining the reality of the concept and it’s really interesting stuff.

I recommend reading something like, The Quants, because if you think Kenny and his horde of the most well-paid people in the world don't know what they're doing with regards to a simple indicator, then if I were in your (and my) shoes, I wouldn't be recommending a single TA indicator to predict anything. It [the TA] is far more complicated than that. And the algorithms that they, and the entire market's institutions use are pretty much still all locked into it.

For most of us Apes, we know our TA, it is simply Buy and HODL. But, I wouldn't say Kenny boi [and his 1000's of employees team] doesn't get TA. That would be naive at best. They've lost because we've found THE glitch. Not because they don't get some basic TA indicator. Of course they get it, hence the incredible efforts at which they're fucking the market.

So, I like what you're putting out overall, but I question the level of intention you're applying to "them"

I don't doubt anything about what you've written with regards to the nature and sophistication of the hardware and software attached to our markets... but I do question as to whether those forces are being intentionally directed toward retail order flow, or abused against retail order flow.

I suspect what's really underlying what we see is the equivalent of DNS amplified DDOS attacks (link your compsci quant this):

To break it down: My theory is that the shorts are intentionally putting out signals (through the way they're performing wash trades, down to timings, volume, and size of peaks/dips) to simulate otherwise normal market behaviors and cause OTHER organizations to help with their shorting.

To put it into a quick analogy, this isn't someone's D-Wave system run amuck on its own and shorting, like "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" in Fantasia, but rather the shorts intentionally playing "harmonious selling music" in contrast to retail's buying to cause such systems monitoring the market to also join in on keeping down buy pressure / not recognize the profit opportunity.

I can't think of any immediate ways to discriminate between these two potential underlying causes though, so perhaps the distinction of intention is unimportant.

The leak you are referring:

1. It was not the NordVPN server which was hacked. It was server provider which got hacked and server was the result of this. Not NordVPN fault, yet they went extra mile to ensure this would not happen (servers encryption, servers in-ram).
2. Attackers gained access to the server, but they were not able to do much. Obviously this is something nordvpn didn't do well - alert when someone connects to server's console.

If you ask me - nordvpn is probably the best VPN provider out there:

• Based in Panama, which means they don't give away your data when requested by authorities.
• Wide selection of servers.
• BBC/Netflix anti-geoblocking.
• Fair price.
• Probably the fastest (they also have wireguard support).
• Ability to setup VPN manually (e.g. I am using NordVPN in my Mikrotik router).

What Robinhood did when GME popped the last time is turned off the buy button. They would not let users buy shares even if they had the cash available. For the next week, they limited users to purchasing only one single share of GME, even if they had the cash available.

What TD Ameritrade did, and interestingly (perhaps even tellingly) are now doing again, is change requirements for margin accounts. If you have a cash account, you are now and always were allowed to purchase shares or options with this cash on hand. If you have a margin account; however, users were and are now again given certain requirements before trading GME on margin. You are welcome to check out their margin requirements in this link.

eToro's policy is to not replace stocks. For example, during the APHA and TLRY merger, eToro customers had their positions liquidated instead of having their shares replaced. For reference

The Verification code is after the shares arrive in your account. BUT is required to actually do anything with the account.

The first letter gives you the account number (and relief that your shares are locked up ) but other than that you can not really do anything.

The only positive thing (barely) for eToro is they're insured for up to $1m USD/GBP/AUD (depending on region) in the event they default. Still they only have market sell which is garbage.

Stake at least has limit sells but also strictly no DRS transfer. They're insured for 500k.

Still 39.5m below my floor, surely one broker will come through though otherwise they'll never clean this mess.

Can't register with Vanguard or Fidelity in AUS (unless I'm a dumbass), so DRS is the way.

Not according to this 2018 link. I’ve tried to find something more up to date; but unsuccessful so far. Etoro allows selling of any stock held in the account just not selling to open short positions (again, according to their available site info that I’ve found)etoro sell

None of my GME positions have that "CFD" mark so they must be traded as real assets. (I checked this months ago and is the only reason I'm still with them)

1) No, as shareholder of every stock, eToro can not lend your shares to any other 3rd party.

2) You can take an Account Statement from the date you want until nowadays and will show you every single stock you are ownering at eToro. Customers at eToro are not legal shareholders of the companies you are investing in. eToro has the rights of it. We are planning to pass those rights to the customers in the future. In short, you are investing in real stocks, but eToro has the custody.

Clearly we need to drop the market cap a few billion until GameStop is competitive in these markets.

Truthfully most of Amazons Market Cap comes from AWS, everything else is quickly appearing a loss leader until they can increase their margins from being an almost monopoly/duoopoly.

It greatly depends on your broker. For example, WS Canada does not allow premarket / AH trades. Similarly, RobinTheHood allows for 30 min before market open and 2 hours after close. AFAIK, Questrade only extends services until 5:30PM.

It's hard to say that premarket / AH is widely open to retail, particularly when brokers that charge "no commission" don't cover premarket / AH either partially or fully.

That's a really good point. I was skimming. I think that Robinhood started clearing their own trades recently, so it was a bad example for me to use. My point is just that Citadel isn't necessarily the origination point of the orders.
